Season Ticket Holder T&Cs

By applying for a season ticket at Northamptonshire County Cricket Club, you are entering into a contract with the Club which is subject to these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not apply for a season ticket.

1 Interpretation of these Terms and Conditions

1.1 In these terms and conditions the following terms have the following meanings:
  | Appendix means the appendix to these terms and conditions
  | Benefits means the benefits available to Season Ticket Holders detailed in the Appendix
  | Season Ticket Holders means Season Ticket Holders of the Club
  | Season Ticket Holder Fees means the fees payable for Season Ticket Holders
  | Season Ticket Holder Packages means the various different Season Ticket Holder categories available, the details of which          are set out in the Appendix
  | Season means the period 1 April to 30 September in any year
  | Staff means an employee of the Club
  | You means Season Ticket Holders or anyone wishing to become a Season Ticket Holder

2 Membership Applications

2.1 You can apply for a Season Ticket by filling in a Season Ticket application form (which is available online or in hard copy format from the Club) or by providing the necessary details to the appropriate member of Staff
2.2 Information provided in a Season Ticket application must be true and accurate at the time of applying and all applications will be subject to determination by the Club

3 Season Ticket Holder Cards

Season Ticket Holders will be issued with a Season Ticket card which they need to show to qualify for Benefits.  If cards are lost they can be replaced at a cost of £5.00 each. Season Tickets cannot be loaned or transferred to any third party

4 Season Ticket Term

4.1 The Season Ticket lasts for the duration of the forthcoming season or the remainder of the current year following a successful Season Ticket application
4.2 Season Ticket applications for a particular year can be made in advance of the year once the Membership Packages available for that year have been launched by the Club, or at any time during the year

5 Payments, Renewals and Cancellations

5.1 Season Tickets will only commence once an application has been accepted and Season Ticket Holder Fees have been paid in full
5.2 Different Season Ticket Holder Fees apply to the various Packages, details of which are set out in the Appendix
5.3 Except as set out at paragraph 5.4, Season Tickets will automatically expire at the end of the year and can be renewed by a further application to the Club
5.4 At the end of a year, the Season Ticket of any person who has paid for their Season Ticket by Direct Debit will automatically be renewed prior to the start of the next Season
5.5 Once payment for the Season Ticket has been made, this can be cancelled at any time but Season Ticket Fees paid will only be refunded at the discretion of the Club’s Chief Executive.

5.6  No refunds or part refunds will be made against the cost of a season ticket, due to adverse weather conditions curtailing or the stopping of scheduled cricket during the season.

5.7 No refunds or part refunds will be made should a season ticket holder be unable to attend a scheduled fixture within the season ticket eligibility.

6 Season Ticket Holder Benefits

6.1 Different Benefits are available for different Season Ticket Packages and Season Ticket Holders should ensure that they choose the right Package for the Benefits they wish to receive
6.2 The Benefits available are set out in the Appendix
6.3 Except as specified in the Appendix, Benefits are for the Benefit of the Season Ticket Holder and cannot be sold, loaned or transferred
6.4 Benefits can be changed by the Club from time to time and will only be available to Season Ticket Holders who have paid for their Season Ticket in full. up to a maximum of a sum equivalent to the introducing Season Ticket Holder’s Fees for the year in question

8.1 The Club reserves the right to revoke the Season Ticket of or deny access to the Premises to any Season Ticket Holder who damages any Club property, behaves in a way that diminishes the enjoyment of other Season Ticket Holders of visitors to the Premises or acts in a way that might bring the Club into disrepute, in each case without the Season Ticket Holder being entitled to any refund of Season Ticket Fees paid

9 General

9.1 If the Club fails to insist on your performance of your obligations under the contract between you and it or fails to enforce its rights or delay in doing so, this does not mean that you do not have to comply with these obligations. A default by you can only be waived by the Club in writing
9.2 Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operates separately and, if any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect
9.3 A person who is not a party to the contract between the Club and the Season Ticket Holder will not have any rights in connection with it
9.4 These Conditions are governed by English law and you and the Club both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts

10 Ticket Promotions

10.1 Northamptonshire County Cricket Club will, from time to time, place special ticket offers in various locations to assist with the promotion of fixtures. In the event that a person already holding tickets for a match gains visibility on such a special offer, they can of course use it in order to purchase further tickets, however, refunds on tickets already purchased cannot be offered

11 Car parking at the ground is not guaranteed, but allocated on a first come first service basis.
