Q | What happens if it rains?
A | Refund of admission charges may be made in the event of 9.5 overs or less being played or no play in NatWest T20 Blast competition. Applications must be made in writing within one month of the fixture including your method of payment and contact number. Q | Is there a cash machine at the ground?
A | The club itself does not have a cash machine, though there is an ATM across the road (Abington Avenue) at the Marks & Spencer garage
Q | Can we bring food and drink into the ground?
A | Food and non-alcoholic drinks only can be brought into the ground. No glass packaging or cans please. We do operate a search policy and if these items are found in your possession, unfortunately we will have to confiscate them. You may however return these items to your car.
Q | Where can I buy a programme/scorecard?
A | Official programmes and scorecards will be on sale inside the ground at each entrance
Q | I am a disabled guest, what facilities are available to me?
A | There is no allocated seating at the Ground, so disabled guests are welcome to sit anywhere.
For members, there are specific spots within the Spencer Stand where wheelchair users can go.
There are four access points into the Ground for wheelchair users, plus there are various disabled car parking spaces in both the Abington Avenue and Wantage Road car parks, upon the presentation of a blue badge.
Disabled toilet facilities are based at various points around the Ground.
