As part of the ECB and Northants Cricket’s Customer Engagement Programme, the club is putting together plans to increase the use of data collection and digital marketing, which will improve our services to you the fans, whilst helping take Northants Cricket forward into a more successful future.

Our database is one of the most important elements in carrying Northants Cricket forward, and an accurate and efficient database of customer information is vital as we look to revamp and continuously improve club communications, ticketing and Customer Relationship Management.

We know we have a potentially large fan base in and around Northamptonshire, and we want to communicate to potential visitors to the County Ground as well as our loyal members in a much more efficient way – in the way that that you want to be communicated to –this is the first step on that journey of greater customer awareness.

Everyone at Northants Cricket knows the club must be customer led and our Customer Engagement Programme, driven by our use of an integrated Customer Relationship Management system will enable us to talk to you in the most knowledgeable way.
