Ticket posting will cease three days before your chosen fixture.

Tickets will then be available on the day of the match at the Ticket Collection Point, located just inside the gate at the Abington Avenue entrance.

Tickets can be bought at the advance price until midnight the day before the fixture. After this period, tickets can only be purchased from the turnstiles at the full match day price.

Gates open two hours before the start of play.

In the event of the match being abandoned, a refund of admission charges may be made if 9.5 overs or less have been played or there is no play in the NatWest T20 Blast competition. Applications must be made in writing within one month of the fixture including your method of payment and contact number. We offer a wide variety of refreshments here at Northants Cricket dependent on which day you visit.

| VITALITY BLAST

During the matches you can enjoy various different dishes from one of our concession stands.

These include Franks Burgers, Hot Dog and Chips, Pizzeria, Pancakes Bar, Coffee and Cake bar, Mem Saab Indian cuisine, Ice Cream van.

| SPECSAVERS COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP

During the County Championship there will be food served in our Hevey Suite Restaurant. If you’d like to reserve a table please call us on 01604 514455 and we can arrange this.

| ROYAL LONDON ONE DAY CUP

During the Royal London One Day Cup food will be available in the Hevey Suite Restaurant. If you’d like to book a table please call us on 01604 514455 to arrange this. Alternatively you may wish to consider one of our concession stands; Mem Saab Indian cuisine, Franks Hot Dog and burgers and an Ice cream and sweet van who will also be serving food throughout the day.

MATCH DAY ACTIVITIES & STEELER

Northamptonshire County Cricket Club’s action packed family day will be held on the 1st August when the Northamptonshire Steelbacks will take on the Birmingham Bears in the Vitality Blast competition.

I have been supporting the Steelbacks since i was a lil pup, and i hope you show me loads of support during the 2017 season! As much as i love playing cricket, i was awarded the biggest honour - becoming the steelbacks first and only mascot! And i have been the mascot ever since.

You will always find me at the matches ready to cheer on the boys and meet the fans. Come and say hello and give me a high five. Come and visit Steelers Kid Zone behind the Cube disability/Houghton Hams stand where you can come and play. We will have loads of fun stuff for you including - A bouncy Castle, Bubble Displays, Face Painters and much more....

ALCOHOL

We operate a strict alcohol policy whereby no alcohol is permitted to be brought into the club during Vitality Blast, Tourist games and Royal London cup games.

We do operate a search policy and if these items are found in your possession, unfortunately we will have to confiscate them. You may however return these items to your car.

During Specsavers County Championship and matches, the club does allow up to either four beers or one bottle of wine to be brought inside the ground. However, no glass packaging or cans please! These items must be decanted into plastic bottles or flasks.

Again, we do operate a search policy and if these items are found in your possession, unfortunately we will have to confiscate them. You may however return these items to your car.

SAFETY REMINDERS

We ask that you please be extra vigilant during matches, as cricket balls can arrive suddenly and at an exceptionally fast pace.

Can we please also remind all guests the importance of drinking plenty of water and applying sunscreen on hot days! Dont forget your raincoat, prepare for yourself for all kinds of British summer weather.

Our stewards and information ambassadors are there to help you enjoy your day and will be happy to help in any way they can. If you have any queries, big or small, please speak to a steward who will be happy to assist you.

CAR PARKING

There are car parking facilities inside the ground for County Championship and One day games but not for T20 matches. spaces are limited and do fill up quickly so please arrive in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. These are priced at £5 each.

Alternatively, for Vitality Blast and tour matches, free car parking is available on Abington Park for spectators provided the underfoot conditions are suitable.

For Season Ticket holders, you may wish to purchase a parking permit at the cost of £50. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that spaces will be available so please arrive with plenty of time so as to avoid disappointment. This permit does not include T20 Matches.

DISABLED ACCESS

Disabled parking can be found in the Wantage Road Car Park and the Abington Avenue Car Park.

There are limited available disabled spaces pitch side, though these fill up very quickly so please arrive in plenty of time to secure a space.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURE

In the event of an emergency incident arising at the ground on a match day please leave the using the exits indicated by the stewards.

People with disabilities will be assisted by dedicated safety stewards. It is important in these circumstances that the carer of the person with disabilities is also able to provide assistance where required.
